A traditional event at IWSCOPS specialties has been the
Costume Contest. We have only two categories; Youth and adults. It is people’s willingness to participate that makes this such a fun event. There are no rules. You can
put only your dog(s) in a costume or you can put both yourself and your dog(s) in a costume.
