This is a new event for IWSCOPS. We held our first one in 2008. But everyone had such a good time we are going to offer a larger and more improved Carnival at the 2009 Specialty. This event will be held on Wednesday. Be looking for
games like Musical Chairs and Tennis Ball Bobbing and many more. There will also be
a “Pawcasso” booth for your dog to find the inner artist in it.
